This Challenge is straight forward. It's about setting a goal that may not be readily achievable without putting in some hard work and dedication. Rely on your group members for support and motivation while providing the same for them. We are a community of motivated, helpful and caring fitness enthusiasts. We got this! 1- Record starting date in your group. 2- Record how many total Burpees you were able to perform including total time. *Do not pause timer during breaks* 3- Update and share your progress with your fellow group members. 4- Perform Burpee max workout at least 3X a week until 300 rep goal is reached. *Don't forget to time every workout* 5- Take notes and share your experiences, tips and observations from your journey on the road to 300! 6- Congratulations! Celebrate your achievement by sharing with fellow group members, cheering each other on and supporting one another.
